Michael L. Swartz, D.D.S.
Dr. Swartz received his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles (1960-64). After spending several years in dental materials research he earned his dental degree from the University of Southern California in 1975. In 1983 Dr. Swartz obtained his post-doctorate orthodontic education and certificate at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Swartz was in private orthodontic practice in Encino, California from 1985-1998. He currently directs the continuing education programs and clinical aspects of training at Ormco/"A" Co. He has conducted over 300 presentations and internationally conducts continuing education programs in orthodontics. He has published in both clinical and research journals.
